Shipping policy
Shipping Policy:
We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.95. Free shipping is offered on orders of $100 and over. Please allow up to 3 days for processing orders. Shipping is typically 2 days. Expedited shipping is available but must be discussed before placing your order. You will receive an email once your order has shipped, including tracking. Return policy is in effect beginning the day your order is received. The day that your order is received is considered day 1 of 10.
Pick Ups:
The pick up location is available to you at check out, on your confirmation email, as well as your “pick up is ready” email. Pick up hours are as follows: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8AM-6PM, unless you have contacted us otherwise. Pick ups are typically ready by the next pick up day, but please wait to receive an email stating that your pick up is ready. Please also pick up orders within a reasonable time! We are limited in space and want to be able to provide you with an easy, organized pick up process as best as we can. Return policy is in effect beginning the day your item is available for pick up. The day that your pick up is ready is considered day 1 of 10 (with pick up business days hours considered).
Local Delivery:
A minimum purchase of $25 is required for local delivery. Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be delivered in order for you to expect it soon. Return policy is in effect beginning the day your item is delivered. The day that your delivery is made is considered day 1 of 10.
Pre-orders:
All pre-order/custom items are final sale. These are items purchased specific to the customer and cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect (We must be notified within 3 days of such). Your invoice MUST be paid by the pre-order closing date or your order will not be placed. Strictly enforcing this! Reminder that ETAs are an estimated time of arrival. Please be aware that orders do come in early or late at times. You will always be notified once your order is shipped, ready for pick up, delivered, or if changes are made, such as prolonged delays, cancels, etc. *We no longer offer in stock children’s styles.*
